FirstLight Alarm support

Email firstlight@orbithub.co for app issues, feedback, or feature requests. Orbit Tech LLC responds to FirstLight support at this address.

Include your iPhone model, iOS version, FirstLight version, and a short description of what happened. Do not send health records, microphone recordings, or other sensitive information.

Alarm help

FirstLight needs alarm permission to schedule and ring alarms. Open FirstLight Settings to review the current permission status. If an alarm is too loud or quiet on the Lock Screen, check your iPhone's alarm volume.

Restore FirstLight Premium

Open FirstLight Settings, choose FirstLight Premium, then tap Restore Purchases. Premium is a one-time purchase tied to your Apple Account. There is no subscription.

Privacy and local data

FirstLight keeps sleep, snore event, and wake data on your iPhone. Use Settings > Privacy & data in the app to export or delete local records. Read the FirstLight privacy policy for details.
